The single most impactful tool to improve your team requires zero funding, needs no specialized pieces of equipment, and can be deployed by every member of your team. This session provides a brief introduction to Emotional Intelligence, Team Culture, and Empathetic Leadership for robotics teams. Everyone from seasoned mentors to rookie students can benefit from these tools, if the choice to understand and deploy them is made intentionally.

The goal of this session is to inform and inspire others to get involved in FIN’s volunteer community. Panelists will discuss the many aspects

of volunteering—its impact, rewards, and ways others can get involved. Panel Moderators:  Bryce Castle and Lori Langley

In this spirited discussion, we will discuss ways to level up your game announcing and ceremony mastering skills.

Talking about how to use strategy to drive your robot design in build and competition season. 

Learn about the past 10 years of FRC games and touch some of the game pieces!
