Alumni Bridging the Gap - Mentor Bridge Mentor Tracks

Calling all recent FIRST alumni! This panel is a casual conversation with FIRST alumni who returned as mentors, sharing what surprised them about being on the other side, what they’ve learned from students, and how their approach to mentoring has evolved. The panel will explore the challenges of knowing when to step in or step back, how mentoring has changed them personally and professionally, and advice for alumni who are thinking about becoming mentors.
