Parking
For cars, pickup trucks, small passenger vans, and other vehicles under 7’ tall the best place to park is the Northwestern Parking Garage (504 Northwestern Ave). The University Street Parking Garage (201 N University St) is another decent option.
Check In
Your lead mentor or other adult in charge for the day will need to check in at the entrance of WALC 1132. After sessions get underway, we'll have people hanging around in the open seating outside of room 3121 all day to answer questions and point you in the right direction.
Lunch
You're all on your own for lunch. The campus area is full of places to find food, including several restaurants across Northwestern & Stadium from our event, and the Chauncey Village area directly to the east of the Purdue Memorial Union. I would not plan on visiting the Union itself for lunch - the food vendors' Saturday hours have been spotty at best. If there is enough interest, a food order form may be created for teams to pre-order lunch.

We will be in the Shircliff Humanities Building on the Campus of Vincennes University. Parking is in the lot just across Harrison Street from Shircliff.
Event check-in will be in the hallway just outside the auditorium.
Lunch will be provided by Vincennes University Center for Applied Robotics and Automation.

Parking
Students can be dropped off at the pickup line in front of Kettler Hall, and for teams arriving in buses, they can be parked in parking lot PL-5. Individual vehicles can be parked in the E Campus Dr. Parking Lot or PL-4.
Check In
Your lead mentor or other adult in charge for the day will need to check in at the entrance of NF101. After sessions get underway, any questions can be directed to the info desk table right outside NF101
Lunch
Costco Pizza will be provided and handed out in NF101. If there are alternate dietary needs that have to be met, please contact us at pfpfw@pfw.edu
